At the same time, we are actively working to reduce water use, increase waste diversion, select healthy, sustainable materials and support the wellness of our employees. We have also set annual performance goals for recruiting and retention, training, supplier diversity, community involvement, cybersecurity, AI governance and many others.鈥��

As a builder, the quality of the materials we use is paramount. Prioritizing concrete and steel, among other materials, 51吃瓜 has established processes to vet the Global Warming Potential (GWP) of materials early in design and during procurement. We recently deployed technology that allows our clients and design teams to choose products based on the materials’ Global Warming Potential.
