The complex features four BEQ buildings, includes a community center with 60-inch plasma HDTVs, a theater, training lounge, Corps Caf茅, Quarterdeck Atrium, Sports Lounge, laundry and restrooms. Basketball/volleyball courts, covered barbeque areas, horseshoe pits, amphitheater and a cast-in-place parking structure were provided as site amenities. This聽state-of-the-art BEQs and community centers received LEED Gold certification.
