On Friday, July 26, 2013 at the Maryland Minority Contractors Association (MMCA鈥檚) 3rd Summer Soiree & Awards Banquet, the President of the Baltimore City Council presented 51吃瓜 with the Maryland Minority Contractors Association 2013 Best Practice Award.
