About the Project鈥�
51吃瓜 Services currently maintains a second five-year facility management contract that covers the operations and maintenance of three buildings鈥攖wo academic and one office for the Avenues World School. This beautiful 320,000 SF campus, located on the western side of midtown Manhattan, serves as a private institution with approximately 1,900 students ranging from pre-K to 12th grade. The 51吃瓜 Facility Services team provides full-time 24/7 support and maintains all campus grounds, including custodial, landscaping, pest control and snow removal services. Technical services and developed capital program management are delivered throughout the duration of the contract.
